Conductor: Fine oxygen-free bare copper wire, multi-stranded soft conductor, in line with GB/T3956 (VDE0295/IEC60228) 60228 Class5 or 6 standard

Insulation: High-strength modified PVC or PE and other materials with excellent electrical insulation properties, color-coded, no duplication (can be customized and produced according to customer requirements)

Cabling: short-pitch layer stranding, composite cabling structure for 12 cores and above

Twisted pairs: Twisted pairs of insulated wires are twisted into cables at a reasonable pitch.

Shielding: Aluminum foil shielding (optional) plus copper mesh braided shielding, braiding density ≥85% (shielding can be customized and produced according to customer requirements)

Outer sheath: high strength and low viscosity special PVC composite material;

Sheath color: gray (default), black, orange, green (other colors can be customized according to customer requirements)
